The 2017 vintage was difficult: significant frost, unusual rainfall patterns and a challenging maturation. Yet the result is a champagne of elegant complexity. Vinified in stainless steel, then 10% finished in oak barrels, and aged six years on lees before disgorgement at the end of 2022.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/strong\u003e: On the nose: fine and elegant, exotic and floral notes woven through a beautiful delicate minerality. Citrus and zest at first, then white flowers and hawthorn, finishing on rounder exotic notes of mango and lychee. On the palate: lychee and pineapple confirmed, with beautiful freshness.
