Orders
- Confirmation: directly after placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email.
- Changes: please contact us in case you would like to change anything regarding your order. Note that what we can do is depending on the status of your order.
- Cancellation: only possible if the order has not been shipped yet. Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled anymore.
- Account: not required for ordering. However, it is beneficial in case you plan to order more frequently or would like to check the live status of your order(s).
- Security: We use secure internet security. Your transaction data is sent encrypted over the internet via "SSL". You can recognize a secure "SSL connection" by the "green lock" in your browser. Payments
- Invoices: within the shipment confirmation email an invoice of your order is included.
- Discount code: these can be used during the payment step at checkout. In case of any issue please contact us. Be aware of the expiration date of the code.

Lead-time & Shipments
- Urgent requirement? Ordered your champagne last minute for a present? And need it to be delivered asap? Just contact us and we will do our best to get it delivered asap.
- No stock? Some champagnes may be (temporary) unavailable or out of stock. We try to refill the stock of all out of stock items asap. If you are eager to buy a specific champagne which is not available please contact us to get the latest restock info.
- Delivery is taking longer than expected? Please first check the PostNL app for the latest info. If unclear please contact PostNL directly.
Returns
- What is the return and refund policy? Find it here.
- Within what period can I return my order? Within 14 days.
- Will the cost for the return shipment be compensated? No.
Alcohol law
As of July 1, 2021, no discounts of more than 25 percent may be given on alcoholic beverages. Your age will also be checked when ordering and upon delivery. This is to prevent alcohol consumption among minors.
