The good weather guarantee means that if it rains or is very cold (<18 degrees Celsius), the weather is no longer suitable for sailing. In that case, you can reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge.

• Boat Tour 3: Hogelanden Westzijde, Utrecht (paid street parking, go to the boarding location by crossing the red bridge)

Bringing your own food and (alcoholic) beverages is not allowed.

Cavinoir® is a refined delicacy that resembles caviar in appearance but is made from fish bouillon with sturgeon (minimum 5%). These delicate pearls have a rich, salty flavor that adds a touch of luxury to any dish.

On the Champagnesloep, Cavinoir is served as an optional bite, paired with blinis, crème fraîche, finely chopped onion, and chives, a classic combination that enhances the taste of both the dish and the champagne.

There is room for 8 people on board, excluding skipper.

A skipper is always included in all our boat tours.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the start time.
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations between 5 and 3 days before the start time.
• Cancellations within 3 days before the start time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must adhere to the above cancellation policy.

• Please come on time, ideally 10 mins upfront.
• Please keep seated when sailing.
• Music is not allowed (by the municipality of Utrecht).
• Bring sun protection on sunny days.

There are public toilets on the route (at Weerdsluis, Park Lepelenburg and Hoog Catherijne).

• The boat tours take place under normal weather conditions. In case of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
• Smoking is not allowed on board.
• Bringing food and (alcoholic) beverages is not permitted.
• Bookings must be made in advance and are only final after payment.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation.
• Excessive alcohol consumption on board is not tolerated and may lead to termination of the tour without a refund.
• It is not allowed to throw objects or waste overboard.
• Children are not allowed on board, as alcohol is served.
• Music is not allowed (as per the municipality of Utrecht regulations).
• The captain has full authority at all times and reserves the right to refuse passengers or terminate the tour in case of misconduct, such as for any of the above reasons, in which case no refund will be given.
• Participation in the boat tour is at your own risk.
• If you arrive late, your reserved tour time will be shortened accordingly, without refund.
• Any damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers may result in additional cleaning fees or liability for the damage in question.
• The skipper reserves the right to adjust or change the route if circumstances require.
