Shipping policy

Costs
Order above €100 are delivered free of charge. For orders below €100 the shipment costs are €6.95.

Lead-time
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.

Shipments
All deliveries will be done by our logistics partner PostNL.

Age verification
Upon delivery the age of the receiver will be verified to be at least 18 years.

Insurance
All shipments are insured.

Tracking
Once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

Changes
Once shipped you can manage the delivery of your order in the PostNL app.

Pick-up point
A specific / preferred pick-up point can also be selected for delivery. Do note you are required to legitimize yourself upon pick-up.

Neighbours
Because Champagne contains alcohol and is therefore subject to alcohol laws, it is not permitted to have the shipment delivered to your neighbours.

Damages
In case the delivered products are damaged, please contact us.

Stock
All stock levels are a live representation of our warehouse. In case you would like to order a wine that is out of stock please reach out to use for info regarding restocking.

Country
At this moment we only deliver to the Dutch market.
