Refund policy

Request return
Send us an email with your order number and which items you would like to return.

Return shipment
Note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipments.

Instructions
Return instructions will be provided once we approve the return, by email.

Warranty
Legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Cancellation period
Within 14 days, without giving any reason, after the day on which the order is delivered.

Reimbursement
We will reimburse all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) as soon as possible.

Partial returns
If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.

Return conditions
You must return your order in the same condition and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel this agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Order value depreciation
You are only liable for the depreciation of your order, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the products.
