Odyssée 319 - Jour 2: Le Couchant

The Odyssey keeps on moving by highlighting northern lieux dits in Avize Le Couchant (ie  the setting sun side of Avize). A second face of the heart of the terroir, gently hilly between Avize and Cramant.

Aromatic: Rich aromas of fruits and maturity melt into the fine bubbles to give elegancy  and depth to our new cuvée made from Avize. Characteristic of our chalky area, a beautiful freshness supports the tasting and slowly fades into salty and sweet notes.
