Details:
- Winemaking: Blending with 2014, 2013 harvests. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. A Cuvée without malolactic fermentation.
- Ageing: 5 years on lees before disgorgement, and then one year after.
- Blending: 100% Chardonnay Premier-Cru
- Dosage: 3.5g/L
Tasting:
- Eye: Yellow colour with green tints. Delicate foam comprising very delicate bubbles.
- Nose: This Blanc de Blancs offers a fresh, intensive and blooming nose. That is sign of mellow fruits.
- Palate: The attack on the palate is present with citrus and dried fruit hints. The mouth is full and tasty with its honey notes. This fruity Premier-Cru divulges a very attractive minerality thanks to a both sophisticated and appropriate under-dosing. This Cuvée is well-balanced with a lovely freshness thanks to the without malolactic fermentation's process inter alia. This Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is complex with a good length on the palate.
Food pairing: This Champagne will be a perfect host for the aperitif. It can be served during the meal. It will be exceptional with oysters, seafood or with a semi-cooked foie gras.
