This rosé de saignée will bring you fruit aromas of woods, blackcurrant, ripe. Fine and subtle bubbles that will ideally accompany your fruity desserts or appetizers.

• Blending: 100% Pinot Meunier
• Fermentation: 100% Malolactic
• Dosage: 3g per litre
• Terroir: Marne – Champagne
• Harvest: 2023
• Bottling: March 2024
• Ageing: 15/16 months (3 months in oak barrels)

Tasting: Fruit aromas of woods, blackcurrant, ripe. Fine and subtle bubbles.

• Nose: Nicely fruit on raspberry, dry.
• Mouth: Fruity taste of wood fruits, of red fruits. Really fresh in the mouth.
