Low stock: 8 left
From a single plot, from vines planted in 1940. The Lieu Dit Le Verre de Vin is the most artisanal cuvée in the Bruyen range: 100% Pinot Meunier, vinified and aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. A champagne that stays with you.
Tasting notes: On the nose: woody tones with floral aromas. On the palate: elegant fruit, citrus notes, fresh and entirely unique.
Food pairing: For exceptional evenings. Pairs surprisingly well with white meat, red meat and pure dark chocolate.
