The Coteaux-Champenois is a still white wine, that is to say a Champagne wine that has not undergone the second fermentation, also called taking of foam.

Terroir: 100% Chardonnay from the youngest plot of Clos Cazals in Oger, the «vegetable garden», planted in the 2000s.

Vinification: Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 2 years, this wine then benefited from an additional aging of 2 years in a vaulted cellar.
