Low stock: 2 left
A prestige Rosé assembled from parcels entirely within the Grand Cru classification: 88% Chardonnay from the Clos Cazals in Oger combined with 12% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, arguably the most celebrated Pinot Noir Grand Cru in all of Champagne. Based on the 2021 harvest and aged three years on lees, the Rosé XV is richer, more complex and more structured than the entry Rosé. The Roman numeral XV honours the house's heritage since 1897.
Tasting notes: On the nose: complex and expressive, candied red and black fruits at first, with pastry and roasted coffee notes emerging after aeration. On the palate: a dynamic and lively attack, moving to minerality with white fruit and citrus aromas. The finish is long and pleasantly acidulous.
Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, sushi, tuna tataki, fine fish, white meats and fruity desserts.
