Ex-Soléra is made without Malolactique fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas. Blended with 60% of 2013 wine and 40% of reserve wine from our Soléra. Every year since 1972, we withstraw a part of our harvest. We accumulate over time the wines of each vintage to obtain reserve wines of quality beyond comparison.

  • Terroir: Coteaux Sud d’Epernay, Vallée du Mancy, Coteaux de Sézanne, Région de Condé-en-Brie.

Tasting: Balance, strength and freshness for refined and authentic occasions.

  • Eye: Clear gold with green aspect.
  • Nose: Citrus fruits, pepper, and flower notes.
  • Mouth: A full and gourmand wine. A nice acidity, with fresh almond and white fruits taste.

Food Pairing: A good pair with white meat simply cooked “à la plancha”.
