Pure Chardonnay, all the finesse and minerality of the grape in a precious bottle that celebrates its beautiful golden colour. The Bulles d'Étoiles is the Blanc de Blancs expression of the Lepreux-Penet range: elegant, aerial and mineral where the Bulles Noires is powerful and vinous. The name evokes Dom Pérignon's famous words — «Venez mes frères, vite, je bois des étoiles», and captures the magic that the house brings to every bottle. Certified organic. Fleur de Vie.

Tasting notes: Beautiful golden colour with a fine thread of bubbles. On the nose: softness, freshness and minerality, white flowers with citrus notes. On the palate: fresh and supple, with ripe fruits and notes of white peach, leading to a mineral and elegant finish.

Food pairing: Excellent as a refined aperitif. Natural companion for fine oysters, shellfish, delicate white fish and sushi. Also outstanding with fresh goat's cheeses.
