A pure Chardonnay champagne from the Premier Cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, a terroir far less common for Blanc de Blancs than the Côte des Blancs, giving this wine a distinctive character. Aged eight months in tank and five years in bottle in the chalk cellars, the Blanc de Blancs develops a complexity and mineral depth that sets it apart from younger wines. Recognised with a Gold Medal at the Gilbert & Gaillard Guide 2024.
Tasting notes: Pale gold with fine bubbles. The nose combines mineral freshness with delicate brioche aromas, precise and elegant. On the palate: clean and lively, with good length and a mineral backbone that reflects the Montagne terroir.
Food pairing: An elegant aperitif champagne. Also excellent with white fish and seafood.
