White champagne from black grapes, a Blanc de Noirs that showcases the power and generosity of the Pinot varieties of the Montagne de Reims. Made from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir, aged eight months in tank and two years in bottle. The result is a champagne of character: a deep partridge-eye gold colour, full body and fine persistent bubbles. Recognised with a Silver Medal at the Gilbert & Gaillard Guide 2025.

Tasting notes: Old gold colour with a partridge-eye hue and fine bubbles. On the nose: rich and developed, with ripe fruit and depth typical of the Pinot varieties of the Montagne. On the palate: strong body, round and generous, with a long and satisfying finish.

Food pairing: An excellent table champagne with real gastronomic ambition. Outstanding alongside game birds such as pheasant and quail, as well as firm-textured cheeses.
