This cuvée is 100 % chardonnay. The three plots it comes from were planted by my grand-father. The grapes were harvested the first of September 2018 which was my first year working full-time at the estate. The wine is unfiltered and non-clarified. It has been bottled during spring 2019. This wine has Extra-Brut dosage (4g/L) and demonstrates lemon as well as pear aromas. This cuvée is limited to 100 bottles.
