• Ageing: in wood barrels for at least one year before bottling. Unfiltered wine

Flavour:

• Visual: Golden colour.
• Smell: Aromas of citrus fruit, vanilla and exotic fruits.
• Taste: The attack is fresh before the wine shows its body and vinosity with a distinctive freshness in the ending.

This wine can accompany cold starters, oysters as well as goat cheese.
