L'Unique reflects the experience acquired by Pascal since his installation in 1981. This perpetual evolution is the result of a constant requirement to respect and preserve the quality of the harvest.

Taste: A floral aromatic symphony that also reveals notes of Granny Smith apple, the structure is fine and energetic.
