A. Boatas - Brut Rosé

A delicate Grand Cru Rosé assembled from 90% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and 10% Pinot Noir red wine from the Montagne de Reims. The addition of Pinot Noir gives this champagne its elegant pink colour and its subtle red fruit character without sacrificing the freshness of the Chardonnay base.

Tasting notes: On the nose: pink grapefruit and wild strawberry. On the palate: fresh, light and elegant, a very feminine and refined expression.

Food pairing: A pleasure as an aperitif and equally at home alongside red fruit desserts.
