Named after the family's ancestor Ch. Legendre, whose spirit of innovation and audacity inspires Boatas to this day. An Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation; a bold, gastronomic champagne. Continuing the line of the acclaimed 2009 and 2010 vintages. Recognised by the Guide Hachette des Vins 2024 with one star: «Vin Très Réussi».
Tasting notes: On the nose: stewed and candied aromas with a touch of smoke. On the palate: energetic, generous and long, a powerful expression with compote and confiture notes, structured by the oak ageing.
Food pairing: A gastronomic champagne par excellence. Perfect for aperitif dinners, foie gras and toasted bread, as well as white meats.
