100% Pinot Meunier, zero dosage, no compromise. The Meunier's Gang is the purest expression of the Marne Valley's signature grape, blended with 40% of 5-year reserve wine for added depth. Brut Nature means no liqueur de dosage was added after disgorgement: what you taste is exactly what the terroir and the winemaker chose to make. Bold, honest and entirely itself.

Tasting notes: On the nose: elegant and generous, ripe yellow fruits, lightly stewed apricot, peach and a hint of caramel, with delicate floral notes. On the palate: creamy texture reminiscent of vanilla cream and fine pastries, with good power, seductive roundness and a fresh, balanced finish.

Food pairing: Perfect for refined aperitifs, roasted white meats, poultry in creamy sauce, delicate terrines and mild cheeses such as Brie or Brillat-Savarin. For those with a sweet tooth: apricot tart or lightly buttered brioche.
