The rarest and most ambitious cuvée in the Amis de Beauregard range. A 2013 vintage assembled from all six authorised Champagne grape varieties in equal parts: Chardonnay, Meunier, Pinot Noir, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc. Aged for 11 years on lees — an extraordinary commitment to patience and complexity. A true collector's champagne, and a celebration of everything Champagne can be.

Tasting notes: On the nose: floral and fruity aromas of iris, dried flowers, white fruits and citrus, with notes of vanilla and honey. On the palate: fresh and precise on the attack, round and vinous in texture with subtle wood, finishing long and persistently fruity.

Food pairing: A champagne for exceptional occasions. Pairs magnificently with aged cheeses, fine charcuterie, truffle dishes and noble fish. Also exceptional as the centrepiece of a tasting evening.
