A departure from the Chardonnay-only focus of the main range, the Chaléroux-Ghys Rosé brings Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier into the blend alongside the house's Grand Cru Chardonnay. Assembled from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, aged two to three years in the cellar. The same artisanal philosophy applies: minimal automation, no filtration, and the distinctive Chaléroux-Ghys winemaking approach that prioritises honest expression over commercial polish.
Tasting notes: On the nose: raspberry and strawberry, fresh, direct and inviting. On the palate: those fruit aromas are filled with a great acidity that keeps the wine lively and precise. A Rosé that is elegant and refreshing, with the depth that comes from the house's careful cellar work.
Food pairing: Beautiful as an aperitif. Also a natural match with red fruit desserts, summer dishes, salmon and light poultry.
