La Loge is one of the most structured and gastronomically ambitious cuvées at François Secondé, a Pinot Noir-dominant champagne partially vinified and aged in oak barrels for 24 months, giving it a profile entirely unlike anything else in the range. The oak ageing, the longest of any cuvée here, adds layers of spice, richness and complexity while the Sillery terroir keeps the mineral foundation in place. Dosage at 8 g/l. A champagne to open at the table, not before it.

Tasting notes: On the nose and palate: sweet spices from the long oak ageing, alongside the characteristic Sillery chalk and mineral notes. Rich, complex and long, a champagne that rewards patience both in the cellar and in the glass.

Food pairing: A gastronomic champagne par excellence. Outstanding with poultry, veal, game birds, foie gras, aged cheeses and truffle preparations.
