A vintage resulting from Pascal's many years of experience in understanding Pinot Blanc, a grape variety dating back to the origins of champagne. Once blended, this grape variety will bring out apricot flavors and a beautiful suppleness in the mouth.

Taste: Nose with notes of almond cream, acacia flower and softness in the mouth.
