This vintage has a brilliant, light yellow color with golden highlights and fine bubbles. With its citrus notes and aromas of dried fruit and brioche, it's perfect as an aperitif with sesame puff pastry.

• Ageing: 9 years on lees
• Dosage: 6 g/l

Tasting notes:

• Eye: Its robe has a bright, light yellow color with golden hints and fine bubbles.
• Nose: The first nose presents notes of citrus and yellow fruits. Then aromas of dried fruits and acacia honey give it a nice finesse.
• Mouth: Lively in the mouth, the brioche aromas round off the tasting and these citrus notes maintain a persistent dynamic.
