Collection: Vollereaux

Champagne Vollereaux is a family-owned champagne house with a rich history dating back to 1805, when the family first began cultivating vineyards in Pierry, near Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne region. However, it wasn’t until 1923 that the Vollereaux family, led by Maurice Vollereaux, decided to bottle and market their own champagne, officially establishing the Champagne Vollereaux brand.

The estate spans about 40 hectares, with vineyards primarily planted with the three key grape varieties of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The Vollereaux family focuses on creating balanced, elegant champagnes that showcase the unique terroir of their vineyards, located in Premier Cru and Grand Cru villages.

For six generations, the Vollereaux family has upheld traditional winemaking methods while also embracing modern techniques to refine the production process. The grapes are hand-harvested, and the wines are aged for extended periods, which enhances their depth and complexity. The house is known for producing a range of champagnes, from non-vintage cuvées to vintage champagnes that reflect the character of specific years.

Today, the estate is run by the descendants of Maurice Vollereaux, who continue to focus on quality and sustainability in their vineyard practices. The family is committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, ensuring that the land remains healthy for future generations. Their champagnes are celebrated for their finesse, freshness, and balance, appealing to both casual drinkers and connoisseurs.

Champagne Vollereaux has built a strong reputation over the years, earning recognition both in France and internationally for its refined, expressive champagnes that reflect the heritage and expertise of the Vollereaux family.
