Vollereaux - Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs is a pure Chardonnay from the Sézannais vineyards. It's much livelier, thanks to the grape variety, and its tension works perfectly with seafood and goat cheese.

• Blend: 100% Chardonnay
• Ageing: 4 years on lees
• Dosage: 8 g/l

Tasting notes:

• Eye: The pale yellow robe with green reflections is adorned with fine bubbles that reach the surface to form a fine and persistent collar.
• Nose: The nose is very pleasant, with delicate aromas of dried lime infusion that mingle with mineral and aerial notes.
• Mouth: After a frank, pure and dry first impression in the mouth, we discover a round and subtle wine.

Food pairing: White fish.
