Esterlin - Rosé Éclat

Rosé Eclat is made without Malolactique fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas. Blended with 93% of 2021, 3% of 2019, 4% of 2018 including 17% of red wine produced from our Meunier.

Tasting: Fresh wine, with dominant small red fruits aromas.

• Eye: Attractive, deep pink color.
• Nose: A nose of red fruit: strawberry, raspberry and a floral hint of rose.
• Mouth: Fresh and taut on the palate, with delicate notes of red fruit and an exotic hint of lychee. The finish is prolonged by fine acidity and elegance.

Food Pairing: Ideal for a a sunny summer aperitif. Rosé Eclat is ideal with grilled/confit vegetables or tapas as an aperitif. It will bring out the fruity character of red fruit desserts.
