The rosé champagne is composed solely of pinot noir from Verzy and Verzenay. The contribution of red coteaux champenois from our old vines gives this blended champagne fruitiness and generosity. It is delivered to you after aging in our cellars, and ready to be consumed.

Tasting secrets: The champagne should be served chilled but not iced (8°).

• Eye: Sparkling salmon pink color.
• Nose: A fine and elegant nose overflowing with aromas of small red fruits, redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries.
• Palate: The attack is frank, pure with a beautiful incisiveness. A fruity mouth, delicately combining vinosity and freshness. We find small red fruits such as wild strawberries with subtle floral notes at the very end of the mouth.

Food pairing: Ideal to accompany a meal with sea fish with iodized flavors as with sushi.
