Lepreux-Penet - Millesime 2014 - Grand Cru

Blended rosé 100% pinot Noir. Hand picked, whole cluster pressing. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks. Ageing on laths in 19th century cellars.

A rainy autumn and winter in 2014 were followed by two very dry and sunny months. The summer, in particular August, saw remarkably cold weather. However, the quality of the grapes was preserved with the wonderful balance of maturity and acidity. Perfect with Fried Morello cherries, fine tartlet or red fruit sorbet.
