Made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Grand Cru villages of Verzy and Verzenay, this is a single-variety, single-vintage rosé champagne of exceptional concentration and purity. The 2014 harvest was positive and of good quality, and the Pinot Noir of the Montagne de Reims expresses itself here at its most vivid and generous. Certified organic. Fleur de Vie.

Tasting notes: Transparent raspberry-hued dress with a fine cord of persistent bubbles. On the nose: a freshly gathered spring bouquet, wild strawberry, raspberry and small red fruits. On the palate: a crunchy and ripe attack from the Pinot Noirs, giving way to a fruity and generous harmony.

Food pairing: Outstanding as an aperitif for a special occasion. Natural match with red fruit desserts, duck and game, lightly spiced dishes and summer barbecues.
