Collection: Lancelot Fils

Champagne Lancelot Fils is a family-owned champagne house located in the village of Cramant, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs subregion of Champagne, France. The house was established in 1967 by Jean Lancelot, who came from a long line of winemakers in the region. Jean's passion for viticulture and the unique terroir of the Côte des Blancs led him to create his own brand, focusing on high-quality, terroir-driven champagnes.

The vineyards of Champagne Lancelot Fils are primarily planted with Chardonnay, the signature grape of the Côte des Blancs, known for producing elegant, mineral-driven wines with exceptional aging potential. The Lancelot family carefully tends to their vines, using sustainable and traditional practices to respect the land and preserve its quality for future generations.

The house produces a range of champagnes, but it is especially known for its Blanc de Blancs champagnes, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. These wines capture the pure expression of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs, offering a delicate balance of freshness, complexity, and finesse.

Over the years, the family has remained committed to small-scale production, allowing for a hands-on approach in both the vineyard and the cellar. The champagnes undergo extended aging on the lees, which adds depth and complexity to their flavors.

Today, Champagne Lancelot Fils is managed by the next generation of the Lancelot family, who continue to uphold the traditions established by Jean while embracing modern techniques to enhance their winemaking. The house has gained a loyal following for its artisanal approach, producing champagnes that are highly regarded for their elegance and reflection of the Côte des Blancs terroir.
