Collection: Odyssée 319

Champagne Odyssée 319 is a project born from the same family and the same winery as Champagne Franck Bonville, set in the heart of Avize on the Côte des Blancs. It is the work of Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle-Dudel: two winemakers whose four generations of Chardonnay expertise in Avize forms the foundation, and whose curiosity drives them well beyond it.

The concept is built on two distinct dimensions. The first is Avize itself: five permanent cuvées crafted from historic plots leased from family and neighbours, each expressing a specific nuance of the Grand Cru terroir they know so intimately. The second is the Odyssey: every year, Olivier and Ferdinand set sail to meet passionate winemakers across the 319 villages that make up the Champagne appellation, returning with a special curiosity cuvée, the Odyssée 319, that captures the character of a particular village and its grower.

The winery was built in restored former stables in Avize, a place that serves as both home port and point of departure. The name itself is both a number and a metaphor: 319 villages, one endless journey, and an open invitation to discover the full breadth of what Champagne can be.
