A historic plot of Franck Bonville, a testament to the family heritage. The lieu-dit Les Belles Voyes sits on the mid-slope of Oger Grand Cru, one of the great Côte des Blancs villages. This is the only cuvée in the range vinified entirely in 228L Burgundy barrels, a deliberate choice to honour the unique character of this single parcel and add a layer of complexity that only oak can bring to Chardonnay of this quality. The 2019 vintage: an early spring with frost conditions, but the mid-slope position of Les Belles Voyes protected it. A hot and dry summer with heatwave episodes led to early ripening, harvested 19 September 2019. Five and a half years on lees. Disgorged December 2025.
Tasting notes: On the nose: white and exotic fruits. On the palate: full-bodied, with the complexity of the Oger terroir unfolding in more generous, pastry-like notes. The Les Belles Voyes parcel and its distinctive barrel vinification are recognisable through the spicy characteristics and long finish, sustained by a fresh and precise backbone.
Food pairing: A contemplative champagne for exceptional occasions. Outstanding with fine fish, shellfish, veal sweetbread, soft-rind cheeses and dishes with white truffle or morel.
