Brought up from our cellars for the first time in November 2021 after more than 5 years on ageing, our Millésime 2016 is full of promises.

A first nose with salty and brioche flavors already whispers the main characteristics of the wine. A smooth and fruity beginning reveals sweet aromas of acacia flowers, pastry and almonds. This sweet harmony slowly gives way to a mineral and minty freshness that characterizes the end.

Gourmet and well-balanced, this champagne witnesses a superb year and lets us guess a great ageing capacity.
