From the three oldest Meunier plots on the estate, Pierrotte, Marie Mulotte and Neuville, vines approximately 70 years old and low-yielding at 7,800 kg/ha. A limited edition of 2,500 bottles: the 2021 harvest, entirely vinified in a large Burgundian barrel without stirring. Extra-Brut dosage at 3.5 g/l to allow the wine to develop fully. The vinification in oak adds richness and complexity to the naturally generous Meunier character. Awarded Gold Medal at Lyon and Gold Medal at Elle à Table 2019. Gault & Millau 2026.

Tasting notes: Magnificent yellow gold with pink tints, typical of Meunier. Lively effervescence with very fine and melting bubbles. On the nose: complex and fresh, bouquet of white and yellow fruits, with plum and quince notes and a light salty finish after aeration. The oak vinification brings richness. On the palate: fresh and very soft, a nice bouquet of fruit, vinosity and structure from the old vines, finishing with well-ripened fruits and a light saline note.

Food pairing: A high-gastronomic cuvée. Outstanding with seafood, fine oysters, noble fish, sweetbread, caviar and aged cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort.
