Collection: Pinot-Chevauchet

Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet is a small, family-run champagne house located in the village of Moussy, near Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne region. The estate has been passed down through several generations, with each family member contributing to its growth while maintaining traditional values and methods.

Founded in the early 20th century, the estate began when two families—Pinot and Chevauchet—came together through marriage, combining their vineyards and expertise in viticulture. Since then, the house has remained focused on producing high-quality champagne from their own vineyards, which span approximately four hectares. The vineyards are primarily planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, the three main grape varieties of the Champagne region.

What sets Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet apart is its dedication to sustainability and respect for the environment. The family practices organic and biodynamic viticulture, using natural methods to enhance the health of their soil and vines. They avoid chemical pesticides and fertilizers, instead opting for more natural solutions, which reflects their commitment to preserving the land for future generations.

The house produces a range of champagnes, including both blends and single-varietal cuvées that highlight the unique characteristics of each grape variety. They follow traditional winemaking methods, including hand-harvesting and extended aging on the lees, to ensure the quality and complexity of their wines.

Today, Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet continues to be run by the descendants of the founding families, who maintain their commitment to producing artisanal champagne with a focus on terroir and sustainability. The house has earned recognition for its elegant and expressive champagnes, enjoyed by both local and international champagne enthusiasts.
