Collection: Vignon Père & Fils

Verzenay, Montagne de Reims - Grand Cru

Champagne Vignon Père & Fils is an independent family estate in Verzenay, a Grand Cru village on the Montagne de Reims renowned for the power, vinosity, and characteristic red fruit notes of its Pinot Noir. The Vignon family has been present in Champagne for centuries, and the current estate (now in its third generation) resumed champagne production in 1946.

The approach at Vignon is one of the most uncompromising in the region. All cuvées are Grand Cru, Extra-Brut, and vintage. Vinification is carried out half in barrel, on the lees, with natural yeasts. There is no fining, no filtration, and chaptalization is not pursued unless nature makes it unavoidable. The result is champagne that reflects only the wine and nature: nothing added, nothing taken away.

The estate farms 7 hectares primarily on the Grand Cru terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy, holding High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. The label's range includes the Marquises non-vintage assemblages and a selection of parcellaires that offer focused, single-terroir expressions. Vignon Père & Fils is for those who seek champagne with the kind of authenticity that can only come from a place-driven, interventionist-free philosophy.
